How to Order NHS Repeat Prescriptions with The Care Pharmacy
To make the most of our NHS Repeat Prescriptions service, we recommend using the official NHS App. This secure app allows you to order prescriptions, view your health records, and nominate The Care Pharmacy for convenient delivery.
Step 1: Download the NHS App
You can download the NHS App on your smartphone or tablet:
Step 2: Sign Up or Log In
Once installed, open the app and follow the instructions to sign up. You’ll need to verify your identity using your NHS number or personal details.
Step 3: Nominate The Care Pharmacy
Inside the app, go to:
- Prescriptions tab
- Select “Choose a pharmacy”
- Search for The Care Pharmacy and select it as your nominated pharmacy
Step 4: Order Your Medication
Once nominated, you can request repeat prescriptions in just a few taps. Your GP will approve the request,
and we’ll prepare your medication for collection or delivery.
